Sonic Bloom is a growing community event focused on creating meaningful connections rather than maximizing foot traffic. We actively promote throughout the Bay Area and attract attendees interested in wellness, personal growth, creativity, holistic health, and community connection.

What's Included With Your Booth

Designated vendor space (10'×10' outdoor or 8'×5' indoor)

Listing on the Sonic Bloom website

Inclusion in vendor spotlight marketing (when promotional materials are provided)

Event-day support from the Sonic Bloom team

Indoor vendor spaces are limited and assigned based on accessibility needs, electrical requirements, and availability. If your booth requires electricity, please indicate your preference for an indoor space during registration.

Rental equipment is available during registration.

Vendors are welcome - and encouraged - to bring their own tables, chairs, canopies, and display materials.

Insurance Requirements

All vendors are required to carry active liability insurance during the event.

Service providers (Reiki, massage, coaching, energy work, etc.) should ensure their policy covers their professional services. Retail vendors should maintain appropriate liability coverage for their business operations and products.

Cancellation & Application Review

Vendor fees are non-refundable after August 1, 2026.

Vendor applications are subject to review. While the vast majority of applicants are accepted, Sonic Bloom reserves the right to decline participation when necessary to maintain a balanced vendor mix, avoid excessive category overlap, and ensure alignment with the event's mission and values.

If your application is not approved, all vendor fees paid will be refunded in full.
