If you choose to opt in to Sponsor & Partner Communications during registration, you authorize Sonic Bloom to share your name, email address, and other contact information you voluntarily provide with select Sonic Bloom sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, strategic partners, and affiliated organizations for marketing, promotional, networking, and business development purposes.

  • Wellness resources
  • Future events

If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this manner, do not select the Sponsor & Partner Communications checkbox during registration.

Important: Sonic Bloom will only share your contact information for sponsor and partner communications when you have actively selected the corresponding opt-in checkbox.

Unsubscribing from Sonic Bloom communications does not automatically unsubscribe you from communications sent directly by a third-party sponsor or partner. You must follow the unsubscribe instructions provided by that organization.

Event Policies

Photography & Media Release

Sonic Bloom may photograph, film, livestream, or otherwise document the event for promotional, educational, and archival purposes.

By participating, attendees and vendors grant Sonic Bloom permission to use the following without additional compensation:

  • Photographs
  • Video recordings
  • Business names
  • Logos
  • Booth displays
  • Related event imagery

These materials may be used in marketing materials, social media, websites, advertisements, educational content, and future event promotions.

Code of Conduct

Sonic Bloom is committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment.

Participants agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward:

  • Attendees
  • Volunteers
  • Staff
  • Venue personnel
  • Vendors, presenters, performers, and fellow participants

The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • Harassment
  • Discrimination
  • Intimidation
  • Aggressive sales tactics or behavior
  • Disruptive conduct
  • Unsafe conduct

Violations may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in Sonic Bloom is voluntary. Each participant assumes the risks associated with attending and participating in the event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release Sonic Bloom, its organizers, employees, volunteers, venue partners, sponsors, vendors, contractors, and affiliates from claims or liability arising from attendance or participation in the event.

Event Changes or Cancellation

Sonic Bloom reserves the right to modify:

  • Event schedules
  • Programming
  • Vendor placement
  • Speakers, presenters, and performers
  • Locations and event logistics

If Sonic Bloom is canceled by the organizers, refunds or event credits may be offered at Sonic Bloom's sole discretion, less any non-recoverable administrative, vendor, venue, or payment-processing costs.

Agreement

By registering for, purchasing admission to, attending, vending at, presenting at, performing at, volunteering at, or otherwise participating in Sonic Bloom, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy and these Terms & Conditions.
